Even a Coles Notes has more info than this does. While its an adaptation it doesn't even scratch the surface of the original novel. This version feels superficial it doesn't get into what made the book so good. Many important scenes were cut out and we barely know anything about the characters (also what is with Rita breaking fourth wall? Where did that even come from).
The only good thing about these flaws is that I could finish reading it soon and move on to something better.
