There's a lot going on in here, some of it more violent and dark than I was expecting, but sticking with the proud Braden tradition of being Desperately Horny. Something about a down bad man warms the cockles of my heart.

This was a good entry in this series but the best. I liked the characters but their chemistry wasn’t that explosive. I definitely like the storyline happening around these two instead of them individually. The romance felt secondary to the drama. If you have read the previous books in this series you will enjoy the author’s writing.
