I love a good "why choose" story especially when it keeps you up the whole night. That just means it's a great and very interesting read cause it wouldn't have you on a chokehold otherwise.
The story is about Alphas and omegas who would otherwise be a shifter book but they are human. They do have a scenting ,heat and knotting thing though.
The plot has multiple point and views by the multiple characters which is very satisfying. It had a HEA with no cliffhangers. The 'bad guy' wasn't arrested so there could have a possibility of a sequel.
The epilogue though felt like it was going on just to turn the page and it's done.

ok so, this book was an unexpected read. i was looking for something since i didnt have anything else to read (sike) and i went to fb and saw this book being recommended so much, and then i remembered that i tried reading it a few months back and didnt like it, so i stopped, but i gave it a try and OMG so glad i did!!!
the reason i was hesitant to read was bc i thought this was like baby and the night howlers, where shes a beta and curiously enough, shes a late bloomer blahblahblah and is actually an omega. i dont like those types of books cause betas a pretty awesome and i feel it shows like, "i gotta be an omega to have it all" which is not true cause of lola AND THIS BOOK O.O so yeah, i really liked how she switched back and forth, and was actually pretty proud of being a beta, and making it clear that they should love her bc of who she is and NOT bc of her omega designation.
maddie and kel are like the main main characters, but mostly maddie; two betas that hook up on the side with no extra feelings, even though BOTH love each other so much. i really liked their dynamic and how in love these two were; and how the pack never got in the way between them and encouraged their relationship.
alain and griffin... i NEED that prequel of them meeting, cause it was too cute!!! AHHH!! still, loved their relationship and communication throughout the whole ordeal.
lucas and ryan, LOVED the twins on the whole deal, and also kinda felt bad for lucas cause he was left out but then she gives him attention.. YAY! alsoooo, i REEEEALLY wanted to see a lucas/kel/ryan sandwich, even though he said he wasnt into men... he for sure doesnt know what kelvin can do to men lmaooooo
but yea, the whole book was a surprise, didnt expect to like it so much!! i would say that its half smut, quarter half getting to know each other, quarter half plot lmaoooo, but there is plot, its just that the sex scenes are very detailed so its as if there wasnt much plot BUT THERE IS OMG 😆
the only thing i didnt like was how kel was treated by THAT alpha, and it just pissed me of so that why its not 5 stars lmao, im petty like that, making my baby feel like shit :(

really really liked 3 of the 5 love interests. got frustrated with the FMC a lot of the time but that also means i was invested enough in the story to feel that way. i don’t think i’d recommend but i wouldn’t say “omg no don’t read it” if someone told me they were thinking of starting it.
