Good idea, slow writing

I liked the plot of this book. The ideas are all there but it was too slow to keep me interested fully. The group is great, I just don't know how I really felt about it. Hopefully the second book will be more captivating.

No strong representation of diverse characters or minority identities.

Quick Take: A post-apocalyptic paranormal reverse harem romance with potential but it was a downhill disaster after the not-so-cute meet-cute (ahem, abduction).
