I didn't like this one's coverage of the Weinstein stuff as much as Catch and Kill by Ronan Farrow. However, they covered the Blasey Ford allegation, and it was incredible what Dr. Ford did for her country. The epilogue moved me beyond words, and I liked that She Said really let the accusers words sink in.
It's hard not to compare She Said with Catch and Kill. Catch and Kill was loud, fast paced, and you once I read it I've been dying for them to make a biopic. But She Said is quieter, you sit with the allegations and hurt a bit more. It goes a little bit deeper into TWC, Harvey and Bob's relationship and their upbringing. It dives into sexual harassment in every industry, which Catch and Kill didn't touch on.
It's an equally important read as Catch and Kill, but for different reasons. I highly recommend you read both books to get the full picture of sexual harassment and violence in today's world.
