Fascinating insight into the process behind breaking the Weinstein case from the women who did it. The book also discusses the broader #MeToo movement - its predecessors and its ongoing legacy. At times, the graphic accounts are intense, so this was a purposefully staggered read.

This was a really good telling of two different, large stories Kantor and Twohey wrote. While this focused mainly on the breaking of the Harvey Weinstein story, the later portion covered the Brett Kavanaugh story. I would have given this a higher rating, but the Weinstein story covered about 70% of the book, so the later Kavanaugh coverage felt loosely connected. Nonetheless, this was an essential covering of the late 2010’s push to name powerful accusers.
