This was a cute little arc. For Demon Slayer anyway. I enjoyed it.

shinobu and kanao my beloveds <3
while I didn't enjoy this volume as much as I did the previous ones, these moments of levity were very much needed (that is, until that very gruesome ending). zenitsu made me extremely uncomfortable this time around, with the way he was talking about the girls in the butterfly mansion (I must have blocked that from my memory after watching the anime because I completely forgot that even happened), but thankfully it didn't interfere too much with my enjoyment of this volume.
also, we finally got to meet the other hashira! seeing muichiro, gyomei and rengoku made me a little too excited if I'm being totally honest, especially given the context of their introduction. speaking of which, this volume reminded me just how much I dislike sanemi.
