So I am pretty sure this is the longest YA book ever. 827 pages! Thats crazy. But I flew through it. It was so so amazing. I loved this series so much. I wasn't expecting to love or hate it but its by far one of the better YA series I've read. All the characters are great but Thorne and Cress are my favorite. They're so awkward and adorable and I love them. I just want to bottle them up and stick them in every single book I read from here on.

Solid 4/5 for this final installment of the Lunar Chronicles. This one takes place mostly on Luna aka the moon. And it is action packed... in some instances maybe a little too much so, but regardless I enjoyed this book. This, like the others, is a fairytale retelling. This book focuses on Snow White, each of the others has a different retelling focus. Probably my favorite part is that these books are a Soft Sci-fi series! I could take or leave all the loveydovey happily ever after bs... but I still enjoyed it overall. Definitely a recommendation I can give to the YA in your life.

I definitely intend to return to this series, but I just lost momentum and my library hold lapsed without renewal. One day for sure though.

“Yeah, but broken isn’t the same as unfixable.”
“One should never save cake for later when it can be eaten now.”

I am only giving this book 4 stars because certain parts dragged.

Pros
- The relationships
All the relationships between the main characters in this book were amazing, not just the romantic one but the friendships such as Cinder and Iko and Cinder and Thorne.
- The writing
- The action scenes
- how the story related to the actual original fairy tale
- Levana
I didn’t actually like her but she was such as “GOOD” villain.

Cons
- The ending
- how the book dragged at points.

Fantastic conclusion to the saga.  Loved the characters more and more as this series has progressed.

The finale! I'm between 3 and 3.5 stars. Unfortunately, I think it was over-written and unpolished. I just wanted to get to the damn plot. But the writing felt unedited and each moment seemed very drawn out. Needed some chops and some polish!

There were some hurrahs, for sure, and Winter is an incredibly unique character. I by no means disliked the book but was just hoping it would move along. A lot of fun characters I will miss.
