Great artwork that fits even better story.

Firstly, I have to point out how absolutely gorgeous the covers of this collection are. My favorites of all the witcher comics so far. The alternative covers are stunning too, very expressive.

The story itself is the shortest and the most confusing so far, with a very dark undertone. But I really liked how it focuses on one of Geralt's fears and how personal it felt.

The artstyle of the panels is a bit different compared to previous entries, but the more I looked at it, the more I liked the muted color palettes and strong lines/shadows.

I don't know what to make of the ending but I loved the rest. The artstyle, the story and the deep questions that are asked here! Truly lovely!

I did not like this one. It had a vastly different vibe out of nowhere and while it tried to explore some heady topics, I'm not sure it did them successfully. Plus, even in my limited exposure to Geralt as a character, he seemed wrong in this one.
