_anna_banana_'s review against another edition
0.5
Many things are off about this book (the general discussion of race, ethnicity, disability, and sex work range from messily uninformed to deeply offensive). Even listening to her perform the audiobook there are moments that feel like she isn't saying her own words, especially during the "overview" of her trauma and how she acted in school. Once I saw other reviews here highlighting that Tucker Max is the ghost writer, I started to understand why I felt uncomfortable. I question the ethics of this arrangement.
I don't know anything else about the circumstances of this book's development and marketing, but the final product is a disaster. I stopped at "Roscoe."
