This book!! This book is EVERYTHING!! I hugged it when I finished and then sat there processing it all, savoring every last bit of Roar and Tempest’s story.

I was just sooo happy to be back in this world!! Have you read the UNDER THE NEVER SKY trilogy yet?! If not, YOU…ARE…MISSING…OUT!!! So go read it, and then you’ll WANT to read Roar’s story!! He was my favorite character in the original trilogy, which was about Perry and Aria’s story, and I loved Perry & Aria so much, but Roar was my fav!! He still is!!

I didn’t know how well Rossi would pick up from the end of the trilogy she wrote years ago, but it was like those characters are still a huge part of her life and she seamlessly wrote the fourth book like it had only been a few months!! She DEFINITELY DID NOT LET HER FANS DOWN!!! I was so in love with this story and being back in this world, that I only allowed myself to read a portion of it a day, so that it would last longer. Now, I want to restart it and read it again! This series needs to be made into a MOVIE!!!!!

Roar and Tempest have a lot to overcome, but love prevails, and they’re both such AMAZING characters!!! I was worried this was the last time I would get a book in this world, BUT NO!! Rossi hinted of another book in her acknowledgements. Someone has been tapping on her shoulder, can you guess which character that would be?!!

this book brought me tears from beginning to end and also made me laugh out loud. it brought me new characters to care deeply about. veronica rossi is amazing at fleshing out this fantasy world and i really hope there is another book im this series that got me to enjoy reading over ten hears ago.

i cannot speak highly enough of this book, of this story, of these characters and how they made me feel.

the only complaint i have is that i didn't find out about this book sooner.

Not the perfect book by any means, but still enjoyable.

Self published, this explains a lot. I'll give some leeway for that. I'd still like it to be tighter.
