This was a nice short story with a very interesting plot that kept you wanting to find out more. The writing bothered me a bit at some points, often having gerund-laden sentences, unecessarily complex structures and rather peculiar descriptions but maybe it's just me expecting something different. All in all, it's a short story worth reading.
