All three of my boys, ages 8, 5, and 2, love this book and come back to it time and again. The illustrations are humorous and often incorporate plays on words that parents will get, but will probably go over younger ones' heads. A few of the items to be found are placed at the very edge of pages with only a head showing making them difficult for little ones to find.
