DNF @ 45% There wasn't anything interesting happening, the plot dragged. Aurora is annoying and the constant miscommunication was getting irritating.

The story follows Russ and Aurora, who end up working together at a summer camp (with a no fraternisation policy) following a once night stand, meaning they need to learn to coexist without going near each other for 10 whole weeks.

After absolutely loving Icebreaker, I was really excited to pick up Wildfire and it certainly did not disappoint me at all. The plot was well developed and followed a decent pacing, with enough happening to keep the reader hooked but not making it so slow with a final explosion of information in the final few chapters which was really good! I found the characters to be really well developed, the back story for both Russ and Aurora was a decent explanation for what was happening in the story and made it more obvious as to why they were behaving the ways they did. I also loved that the term “miscommunicators” was used in this book as I HATE that trope so the fact it was hit on the head by the character was really well received!

Another great read, im really excited for daydream now!
