A murder in Spike's past comes to haunt him and he must investigate in order to clear his name. On the one hand, this was a fun little investigative story, on the other, it was shameful how quickly his friends turn on him when it's revealed that someone died around the time when he was a full vampire at the top of his game.
The artwork was really good, but the book was really short.

This comics looks like I'm the one that drew it, which is not a good thing. I actually did not finish reading it, it was way too ugly.

I really enjoyed the story in this one, but was thoroughly unimpressed by the art. Looked like badly rotoscoped stills from "Angel." It was bad enough to be distracting from the story. However, the story itself was good enough that it overcame the cruddy art. So.....4 stars? I guess? Let's just face the fact that I love everything in the Buffyverse and am incredibly biased.
