My Pokemon-obsessed 5-year-old LOVES this book. Age appropriate. Good introduction to main characters he was curious about. Quick read and non-violent before bedtime.

An enjoyable book for Pikachu fans, but I can't quite give this one a 4 or 5. While I enjoyed it and love it, I can't quite give it a 4 or a 5. For me it has plenty of reread capability, but some of the comparisons are a bit of a reach for fans.
