Zachary Webber and Andi Arnt are REALLY great narrators.

Which made this story one I could finish.

But the heroine- she was a dummy. And annoyed me. So the stars are for the performances.

when i tell you i was INVESTED in brielle and spencer's story more than i should've been...i mean it! some of that might've had to do with the fact that i read addy's book first before i even knew that brielle had her own book.

but let me tell you....reading broken dreams first before this was so much more powerful! not only cause you fully understand what addy was going through, but the way i was already attached to brielle and spencer. watching them fall in love (again...cause amnesia trope) was so worth it!

did i cry? yes

am i going to read other books in this series? also yes

This is the fastest I’ve ever read a book! It started off a little slow and confusing, but I guess that goes along with the plot of how Brielle felt after her accident. Once I got into the story I needed to know if she gets her memories back, if she remembers the accident, and if she ends up with Spencer. I couldn’t put this book down until I got the answers!

this is one of the first books I’ve read with the amnesia trope, didn’t hate it but did cry when Spencer’s POV finally came up

FMC: Brielle “Brie”
MMC: Spencer
Tropes: romantic suspense, mystery, amnesia, brother’s best friend
Spice Rating: 2
Series: Yes (Book 1 of the Rose Canyon Series - Interconnected Standalone)
POV: Dual
Cliffhanger: No

I finally decided to cross this one off my TBR and I'm glad I did. I thought the story was unique and different. The FMC has amnesia from a recent attack in which she is the only witness. She enlists one of her brother's best friends to help her retrace her life in order to help with her memory. You can feel how frustrating and annoying it is for her trying to remember what's happened in her life since her last memory three years earlier. Even more so, knowing the people closest to her aren't able to tell her. Honestly, it was heart-wrenching to read. However... I think what broke my heart the most was experiencing the MMC's story and his heartbreak at the FMC losing her memory of their time together. There were definitely a few times throughout this book where I had tears rolling down my face.

From the minute you start the suspense is there and you get pulled in immediately. Brielle suffered a traumatic brain injury which caused temporary memory loss. Spencer was her brother’s best friend and her childhood crush. Spencer was by her side during her recovery and he had to try not to tell her things so she can remember on her own. What she didn’t know was the beautiful relationship she shared with Spencer. At times I thought two other irrelevant side characters were involved in her injury but I was wrong. Spencer and her brother’s other two best friends were amazing with helping her in her recovery. The banter between all of them was amazing even though they all were mourning. Her sister in law was amazing and they have a beautiful relationship. The epilogue?!! Lol!! I can’t wait for more!!

"Help Me Remember" is a captivating love story filled with suspenseful romance that is profoundly touching, emotionally intense, wonderfully motivational, and incredibly romantic. This unforgettable masterpiece is delivered with a great deal of passion and soul, making me fall even more deeply in love with the characters and their journey with every page. The undeniable connection and remarkable chemistry between Spencer and Brielle are truly magical. The push-and-pull dynamic between them is captivating, and their interactions are enchanting. The storyline is exceptionally well-crafted, taking me on an emotional rollercoaster where I felt every emotion the characters went through: from laughter to tears of both joy and sorrow, from butterflies to heart palpitations, from every ounce of pain to all the happiness. The swoon-worthy moments were breathtaking, highlighting the theme of love and fighting for what you believe in. The unconditional love and support from family and friends were truly inspiring, and the friendships portrayed were heartwarming. This powerful and touching story has left a lasting impression on my heart and soul, filled with numerous moments of inspiration that deeply resonated with me. I am truly amazed by this story and would rate it 10 stars if I could! This is a must-read book that you won't want to miss! Andi Arndt and Zachary Webber, two of my favorite narrators, deliver flawless performances for this audiobook. Their smooth voices and emotional depth truly bring the story to life, making it another outstanding audiobook experience to savor.
