I had fun reading/listening to the cases that Hercule Poirot solved (or in one case, didn't solve).

It was fun to read about the different positions that he was put in and the world around him, at the time, but it also became repetative and lost its lusture over time.

I wanted more, and it seemed so surface level. So, I will have to read other great detective stories...to "scratch that itch" I feel.

Glad I read it, but wanted more.

A more logical collection, but pretty redundant at this point.

It was kind of weird hearing Captain Hastings do a Poirot voice and vice versa, but both of them are fabulous voice actors and it worked out well. I will say, though, that the story with the ventriloquist was one of the more ridiculous Poirot shorts I have ever read. And a little creepy. :)

This was a collection of short stories about Hercule Poirot as advertised.  I was not prepared for the racism to be so overt.  It was pretty intense and obvious.  This was unsettling and I found it difficult to enjoy the stories.

Otherwise it was expected.
