***I received an ARC from Netgalley for an honest review***

3.7 stars. I thought the sloths should be slower in motion and the supporting characters didn't have much personality.

I'm a huge Graham Annabelle fan, so of course I had to buy this book. It's a pretty simple story, but it's for children so that's alright. And of course the artwork is great, that's no surprise. Looks like the start of a solid series of kids stories.

Book #40 Read in 2019

Peter and Ernesto

This is a cute graphic novel about two sloth friends--one wants to stay home and one wants to see the world. Will they stay apart or become closer? I borrowed this book from the public library.

I love the art! I love how Peter goes out of his comfort zone to find his best friend and how in the end Ernesto goes back to his best friend!

Adorable story. The sloths don't really look like sloths but it doesn't matter. Can't wait for the second one!

This was lacking in creativity and the story really didn't do it for me.
