Such a cute little scene of a normal night out for Paul and Marguerite. I'm glad to have found it.

It’s really short. Like maybe 5 pages. A bit too short.

The Firebird Series is on my favorites bookshelf next to Pride & Prejudice, Dune, Eleanor & Park, & Kindred.

Poetic romantic sci-fi.

Love the conversation and the reality of it being somewhat awkward. Man this makes me want the second book SO badly!

That was... fine I guess. Didn't know what to expect for this 4 pages stories, but to be honest after finishing A Thousand Pieces I was specting... something more? I know... just four pages, but I do not enjoy weird uncomfy dates, I just can't!
Anyway, it was sweet though. And I laughed with some bits.

Can't wait to read Ten Thousand Skies Above You!

This was so short! And insubstantial! And easily dated — I get that most people aren't going to be reading this down the line, but the references to current movies makes it IMPOSSIBLE for people to want to read a few years from now.

Un po' troppo corta per i miei gusti, ma molto carina :)

I dont really know how i'm supposed to feel about this to be honest. The relationship between Paul and Marguerite was so adorable and awkward.. *sighs* ...

Mentioning current movies kind of ruined it for me. I never thought of this book existing in the same universe. Not really sure what the point of this ficlet was other than to briefly summarize the last book. The awkward conversation could have just taken place in book 2
