A lovely fractured fairy tale
I met Brooke through Sanitarium Magazine, and when she mentioned this story I was intrigued. I'll admit, the opening left me a wee bit skeptical, but I quickly warmed to the characters and the way that a thread of sweetness lingered through the decay. If you like fairy tales, or you like reading about the undead, you should try this story. It's a captivating twist on both.
