Don’t let the cover fool you, it’s a really cute book! It’s v spicy BUT aahhhh the main couple is sooooo adorable :’) i love how gentle the MMC is and I like how the FMC is working hard to break out of her shell. I love her group of friends, and i also especially love the fact that the MMC was forced to be a bit more aggressive in his pursuit of her because if he didnt, nothing would ever happen b/w these 2 awkward shy bbys lol

Super recommend if you’re in the mood for a quick, fluffy read. (Trigger warning though, the FMC was SA’d when she was at school, and that comes into play later on in the book. But yea the dynamic bw the main couple is *chefs kiss*

the story could use some editing, but i still liked the writing style! Minor note is I think the FMC would benefit from getting therapy rather than just hinging this new self confidence on Bradyn and his love… but yea, overall a really cute book and i enjoyed reading it!

I enjoyed this book, mostly, but I wish that sexual assault wasn't the defining event for the couple, particularly
the hero. I don't like that a girl being assaulted was used to further his character development.
That said, I think the book did a decent job of describing how an assault survivor might cope. As for the rest of the romance, it was pretty cute. I'm also curious about the rest of the friend group and how their experiences with romance will turn out.
