Fast-paced sci-fi read
Krakenscourage is book two in the Voidstalker series and picks up a year following the cliffhanger of the first. With the second installment picking up, readers are re-introduced to Gabriel, as he has changed throughout the year that has passed since the Voidstalker. Though he has not forgotten what happened, his mind seems to be fogged in the beginning of the story, though that is quickly cleared and lifted once he processes the action that is sure to follow. This is an edge-of-your-seat read that is filled with chaos and action and reads pleasingly in a way that will keep readers enticed to see the ending through. This one is a great recommendation for those who like sci-fi, specifically when there is involvement with space and galactic battle
