The corporation that controls the superheroes are trying to get authorization for the superheroes to work in the military. However, the superheroes are not trained and often kill civilians. For fans of The Boys TV series on Amazon Prime. A gritty series with graphic sex and violence that pokes fun at traditional comic book heroes.

Me gusto, pero creo que porque ya había visto la serie, y sabia como era. Se sale del común de los cómics de superhéroes, la verdad es que no es para todas las sensibilidades, ya que tiene un alto contenido de violencia y sexual. Es un experimento interesante leerlo, si, pero es un cómic bastante brutal, mucho mas que la serie. Un dato importante es que las historias en el cómic, tienen puntos en común con la serie, pero no van por los mismos lugares, por lo que no, no es como leer en cómic la serie.

The premise is interesting-why do superheroes get to run around, leave messes, collateral damage, etc? But The Boys was not interesting. A world where the top crime fighters, people who you think keep you safe (and are mostly male) are actually sexual assaulters, murderers, and their worst characteristic: gay?? Like wow, I can't imagine a world like that....
I'm not even mad at the shock value (gore, sex) except when it doesn't add anything to the story. Shock can only last so long.
To be fair, I am not the target audience for a storyline that mainly deals with homophobia and explaining that gay people are people too and you shouldn't hate them for no reason.
The illustration was good. Maybe I'll try Preacher.
