very sweet! a bit short for me, i couldn't connect with the book or plot itself as much as i'd want to just because there isn't enough to connect to, but it was a well written and sweet novel for what it is. also classic ali hazelwood mentioning the mc's size differences at least a dozen times haha

Very cute! I actually laughed out loud. Ali Hazelwood is just so much fun.
There are two spicy scenes which I skipped over. It didn’t affect the story so feel free to do that if you prefer fade to black. The second is very close to the end of the book. The first is obvious when it’s about to happen. 🌶️🌶️🌶️

Meh I liked the concept but didn’t realise there was gonna be a history between them. Literally nothing happened in the lift, wasted opportunity if ygm…🤭. Also got a lot of second hand embarrassment. It was okay though and helps me add to my reading goal 😭

A novella that follows the usual framework of an Ali Hazelwood story! Not meant as a criticism but a reassurance - if you like her other works, you'll probably like this one!

Erik and Sadie have a fun dynamic, and though their plot is quite simple, it's enjoyable.
