The book I was looking for when struggling with my infertility. The prose is lyrical, it isn't preachy or offering advice (rare in this genre) and it provides enough heartfelt detail to feel real and compelling but not so much that I just feel like a voyeur. I felt someone else had gone through it, too, and that was comforting.
