Angella wanted to spend her christmas with doing all the cozy christmas activities and just watching christmas movies with Alex all day but guess what...whatever Angella thinks never happens so this time is not different at all.

She gets promoted as Chief Editor and has a huge responsibility to run a magazine and Louisa comes from London with her baby and Alex gives his own "little" surprise to Angella which makes her do everything but relax. I felt so bad for her she wanted some cozy time with her husband instead she running all over the city, doing all sorts of things, it was like she was captured by a hurricane. And Of Course she messes everything up, that's how this story gets chaotic.

Angella's life was changing with high speed and she wasn't ready and tries to adjust to it. I love how well written it was.

I loved every bit of this book...I had laughing riots as usual. there were a few scenes like the ceiling one and the theatre one...those were the parts I looked forward to and wasn't disappointed at all

Ahhhhh this was the perfect book to get me into the festive mood again! This is my first experience of Lindsey Kelk's writing and I will definitely be reading more. I Heart Christmas is a laugh a minute and entirely addictive. I finished it in just over a day! It's one of my rare ventures into the area of 'chick-lit' but I'm so glad I did for this gem. Angela is such a very real and hysterical character. I can see myself in her far too much for my liking - right down to the clumsiness and the 'OMG everything is going to end right now' attitude. It's broadened my horizons a little and convinced me to look further into the comedic side of the 'chick-lit' genre.

I loved the realistic side of this book. Granted a lot of the events are over inflated into something insane but it is also definitely plausible. It captured the mania of preparing for Christmas perfectly and it's left me feeling so excited for Christmas too! This book was so incredibly funny and, although it deals with a few tough subjects, it was the perfect light-hearted read. I loved all of the characters, even the evil cow Cici made me laugh. I could picture everything in this novel so vividly. It makes me wonder why this series hasn't got a TV series? It's very Sex and the City-esque and would be hysterical to watch.

The relationships between the characters are fantastic. They are basically indestructible despite their arguments. There's a strong sense of the importance of female friendship here and I loved it. The characters are entirely addictive and you're guaranteed to know someone similar to all of them in your life. I Heart Christmas is a brilliant read and I'm looking forward to snapping up the other five of the I Heart series :).

This novel follows Angela over the festive period. Angela id a huge fan of Christmas and has a lot of festive plans but when she has more responsibility at work thrust upon her and her best friend from the UK drops in for a surprise visit. As usual things do not go to plan.

This is a enjoyable series and they are very quick to read. I do find that at times Angela is a slightly annoying character. She can be selfish and at times quite selfish. I do feel that not a lot happened in this book in comparison to the other books in the series.

For me this series is a fun read and is something I reach for when I want a lighthearted read. There is another book in the series and I assume that in that one Angela will either be pregnant or have a baby as this was a big theme in this book.

Whenever I read this series it always want to visit New York as we get a lot of descriptions within the story and there is a little section at the end of the book all about New York and the things that you can do there.

Oh Angela, you’ve done it again, I really do love this series and the fact that there’s a Christmas special, perfect! ❄️

Angela is like me, she loves Christmas! And she has the perfect Christmas planned, some well needed time off work spending quality time with her husband…but of course, that doesn’t quite go to plan!

I felt so much for Angela, all she wanted was her perfect Christmas and she faced so many obstacles to get it. Although I won’t lie, some obstacles weren’t too bad, I mean, Alex’s Christmas surprise was amazing, albeit a little off on timing, but I wouldn’t turn it down!

And I loved how much we got to see her besties together in this, Louisa and Jenny definitely got on better in this one that the last time they got together, although honestly, at points I wanted to knock their heads together for some of their choices

I have loved all of the I Heart series. Fun reading and keeping up with Angela and the gang. Hope there is another in the series. I would love to see the comical side when she and Alex have a baby!

Nice & jolly Christmas reading! I loved Angela & could definitely relate to her issues of stress & problem making (definitely not solving)!

I think I might have read some of the I heart series previously.. Either way I'll be reading them properly sometime soon!

Great book & definitely got me into the Christmas spirit! ( not that I wasn't already!) :-)

Full review with spoilers here

So here we are with Angela following her adventures leading up to Christmas and I have to say it is a wild one. While she may not have left New York this time, it was still insane. And I loved it.

Just like ‘I Heart Vegas’ I feel like this book would be a great chick flick movie and a Christmas one no less. It just had the right amount of chaos and I wasn’t even mad when everything resolved itself because it’s a Christmas book so obviously it had to end on a good note.

...

Overall an enjoyable read, and this is coming from someone who is no way anywhere near as festive as Angela. And I’m already super excited about the next book because it’s another Jenny short story so we see what happens next for the gals. I hope something good comes for Jenny, she sure does need it.
