Quite a heavy book. Just from reading the blurb, you would see it deals quite indepth with mental health struggles.

Olive was a complicated character, and was sometimes quite hard to like and understand why she was behaving the way she was.

My heart broke for Lewis.

Woah this book, like all of Holly Bournes books, flowed so brilliantly I love Holly's writing style so much which is why I also flew through it pretty quick!
However, this book was pretty painful and has kind of put me into a emotional bit lol (laugh through the pain) I always get effected by mental health in books so I wanted tk say beforehand if you're thinking of reading please take that in mind and be in a good head space beforehand!

"Be brave enough to show compassion. To others, but also to yourself."

In this book the main character Olive goes to camp reset which is a camp for other teenagers like herself to practice mindfulness, therapy and other soothing activitys. But Olive has other things on her mind and wants to cure mental health, she wants to stop it ever occuring and this has an impact on her own recovery.

"Everyone is fighting a battle you cannot see on the outside, so be kind."

I really fell in love with all the different characters and dynamics of the teens. However, the end of the book had quite a few loose ends that I really wanted resolving. However, I feel this as well is crucial because it shows how mental health can create such loose ends in people's day to day lives.

"What happened to you isn't your fault, but it is your responsibility to deal with it."

Overall, I did really enjoy this book and characters. The premise was also super interesting and to also be in the mind of Olive was so scary, fun and informative.
