This book was overall so much fun. Their vacation was so cute and I love Bond.

Becky's scenes with Lloyd were so funny and cringey at the same time. I think it really captured a part of being a kid that no one talks about, for obvious reasons, which is having inappropriate crushes. Especially how kids aren't normally capable of realizing why their feelings are inappropriate, much less that they are. This brought up some embarrassing memories for me, so I had to put it down for a bit. While it was at times funny to see how ridiculous Becky was being, I'm glad more books don't cover this topic.

This is a very strong volume. I really only dinged it because of the manner that volumes are ultimately segmented out. The entire elaborate cruise ship plot that took up the last volume gets wrapped up here. It would be so much more impactful if it was all in one volume. The follow up chapters here are all really well done but they’re fun one offs rather than another massive multiparter. At least it brought out some fun new pairings like Franky & Fiona leading a story. I gotta say though that some of the art in this volume is simply among the best of the entire series. Part of me wants to bump this volume up to 5 stars but it’s not actually quite there. It’s still another great volume in this series.

The 2 lead adult characters are a super spy and an assassin, yeah occasionally they have to possibly kill others and take bloody injuries. There are precocious kids that are obsessed with romance and bullying. The chapter with the dog plus a fire might trigger animal peril to some so be aware. Fiona & Franky being a bit extreme on both ends is intentional but I can see why some might not like them. The tontirus bolt excessive doling disciplinarian is a bit extreme but funny. Nonetheless might give some memories of their own tough teachers.

The whole issue with Becky at the Forger's house? Hilarious. Everything about this series is just so entertaining, from beginning to end. I'm honestly going to be sad when it's done because the characteres are great, the situations they get into are so funny, and it's just such a fun overall story. 

There's also a story in here with Loid and Bond, where Bond is just trying to help people and Loid doesn't get it. I don't know how Endo comes up with these situations, but I'm just entertained the entire time.
