This is one of the most stressful books I’ve ever read. Properly anxiety inducing for me for some reason! Really well written I just honestly didn’t love the experience of reading it. Also I did see the final twist coming.

I'm not usually a big fan of suspense books, because I like light reads better before bed, but this one was just good for me. Not too exciting. Gillian McAllister very greatly describes the characters from different points of view of different characters. The story is enticing and has great twists. I found it to be a little dragging at times, which is why it doesn't get 5 stars.
