Moving but frustrating.
A moving story that brought tears to my eyes at times, but boy was Simon frustrating. However, the angst made the HEA sweeter. While it is a standalone story, it had many references to other couples, who I believe star in other stories by this author. As I haven’t read them, it was a little difficult to follow.

This was a cute and short, angsty second chance, accidental pregnancy read. Leslie and Simon met at an even where they hit it off and started a relationship. A bit of time in their relationship, Leslie finds out she's pregnant and Simon kicks her out.
Now, about 5 years later, Leslie now goes by Erica and her physical appearance has changed a bit. Being a journalist, she's been assigned to write a piece on Simon but Simon is someone she avoids like the plague.
As they reconnect and plan a fake marriage, Simon realize just how much pain and suffering he put Erica through by denying their child.
