I was really disappointed. I feel like so much plot and character issues and development were introduced and then nothing was done. The main character doesn’t like dogs but then does . That’s the whole plot. The relationship really doesn’t t progress or grow . The FMC feels very flat. The flaws of the MMC are clearly introduced several times (he is irrationally irritated several times and no explanation or exploration or resolution there). The mom is horrible and there is really nothing done to explore or overcome it. I had planned on reading the series but not happening now. Bummed.
