We are back in the present! For now. The end of the book makes me think we are going to see Cook’s backstory in the next volume. I’m glad to get some action and to see how the divide and conquer plan is going.

The plot thickens! Can't believe its been 15 years since this series started and I got into it a year ago. Hopefully I'll be able to continue to enjoy the ride. What a surprise guest that pops up in this volume!
