why do I always like the third book in a trilogy the most? this was my absolute favorite of this series and I loved the Alcatraz setting which was really fun and the history was interesting ✨✨
sad to see my babies go though :,)

Meh. I enjoyed it somewhat, but it was hard to look past the various plot holes and confusing things. I feel like this series has definitely gone downhill since the first book, as is the case with many series I read. But other that that stuff it would have been a five-star read.

Another fun installment in the Book Scavenger series. I love young adult books that have to do with scavenger hunts, books or mysteries and this has all 3! It was a fun story with a puzzle game on Alcatraz that Emily and her friends are competing in. With mysterious characters, a cool setting and puzzles to solve, this book was quite enjoyable to listen to while I drove my daughter to an out-of-town doctors appointment. Highly recommend!
