I loved the heck of the first 50%. That 50% is a 5⭐.
I laughed out loud a lot, I was curious about the characters' past and stories. Collins and Ruby were my babes.
But then, the couple got together, like calling each others boyfriend and girlfriend. Generally I lose interest at that moment but it was at the 80% mark. So you tell me that Collins (why do she have a last name as a first one though? Like -0.25 just for that)
goes to LA just to try to work on her long lost "masterpiece" with her manipulative, POS of an ex? Wow... Never would have guessed how that's going to turn up. Then she goes back to Ohio to be with her ✨true love✨. Like 20% for that?

It's really sad, because I loved the chemistry and the spice was really good.
The audiobook is chief's kiss though, the narrator is really capable of transferring emotion and humor!
