Would have enjoyed this more if there wasnât so much intense diet culture stuff in it, lots of âgood foodâ vs âbad foodâ discussion and having to earn foods or work off food with workouts that felt a little triggering as someone who has not always had the healthiest relationship with food and exercise.Â
