The first thing I’d like to say is that these characters have (I think) a 13 year age gap and the MC is 17 when they get together. It is very weird but if you take that out the two honestly have a sweet relationship. I’ve read the whole series and really enjoyed watching both characters grow and change but why couldn’t they at least make the MC 18??💀I also think their relationship moves REALLY fast especially when in later books they move in together and get engaged within (I think) a year of them dating. This whole time the love interest is not only an adult but the MC’s TEACHER. I really do love this story but I can only recommend it to someone who can overlook a lot of weird things. There’s a ton of character development, sweet side couples, and an interesting plot but again, I stress, why is the MC a minor?

It's a spin off from another book, Hitorijime My Boyfriend, so it's probably expected that you're already familiar with the characters. I picked it up at random so I was very confused when I suddenly had ten characters to differentiate from each other- especially because the first chapter is a flashback and the second is the main timeline.
The characters are tropey and follow a common bl plot. I'm also not a fan of the student/teacher aspect even if their connection is more through their past than their relationship as student and teacher. It's still a 12 year age gap which the artist acknowledges in an extra which depicts the couple as a 15 and 3 year old.
The art's nice enough but the first comic is probably better, although that might just be my preferences for couple types.

It’s a bit hard to follow the story at times.  Sometimes it’s difficult to tell who is speaking.  I am definitely glad I watched the anime prior to reading the manga, but otherwise I would have been a bit lost.
