This book was just beautiful. So ethereal and stunning and so deep. The connection that Dora had to the sea was beautiful, the writing style was beautiful, the whole book beautiful. Def one of my faves and I'm sure it will be many peoples favourite book in the future. 5 stars all round xx

More obvious and simpler than usual for Winton, but extremely wholesome and enjoyable.

Perfectly fine for young people, but quite hamfisted at times.
