Thanks so much to the author for sending me an early reader copy!
The characters were all so relatable and realistic. I feel like being in love with your best friend is such a universal queer experience, and all of those feelings were so well represented.
I wasn't sure if I'd like a story that mentioned COVID, but it put everything about losing a part of your teenage years and missing out on all those experiences into words so well.

Thanks a lot to the author for sending me an early copy of this book!

I loved this book! It’s very short and fast paced, I had to make myself put it down, which is rare for me)

It follows Raegan as she tries to ask out her ex best friend whom she hasn’t seen in 2 years, and has only 24 hours to do it. It gave me strong She Gets the Girl vibes, so if you like that book, you’ll like this one!

The plot was fun, and that plot twist at the end- I was SHOCKED even though it was kind of minor and I should have seen it coming :)

The characters are well written too, and I liked the queer rep) MC is a lesbian, and there’s a major non-binary ace lesbian in whom I saw myself with most of my identities) there’s an important bi character too.
I was a little bit frustrated with MC at certain points, but I understand why it was done that way and how it served her character development.

I’d definitely recommend you to read this book when it comes out, especially if you’re looking for a fun and short queer read!
