Not too shabby this 'un. Caroline Hagood has a good sense of humour (might explain her surname Ha-Good) and she can write a very moving poem in the next breath. Some of my favourites were:
Rewriting Red: Some clever word play to list many red things.
The Voyage In: a poem about exploring yourself, eye-opening once you realise what it was about.
Word Pornography: This one gave me a chuckle, a very sweet little poem about her love for her husband.
Andy Warhol with a Ukulele: Brillaint title and a fun poem.
And the top one overall:- On Jury Duty and Motherhood. Loved this one, it contains so many insecurities, everybody watching you wondering why you are like you are.
Another great book of poems from Futurecycle.
