This was short and super sweet and very dirty. It was great to read in between some longer novels

This one didn’t work as well as Speak My Language, though there was a lot to like. However, it was the editing issues that really got me with this one, including wrong names (getting the two MCs mixed up) which pulled me out of it. (I didn’t notice editing being a problem with Speak My Language, so I'm hoping this was this outlier.) I will definitely check out more by this author, who has lots of novellas planned, it looks like.

This was a short, Fake-dating, steamy and funny roommates/friends to lovers with bi-awakening sprinkled in. Tom and Ethan both like each other, but it's hard to make a move after living together as roommates, especially if you're still in the closet. This is a novella, so the pace of the romance is fast. However, it makes sense as they both have been pinning each other for a while. I found the bar scene with his fellow military friends funny. Their antics, while they did go slightly too far, I like how Ethan was there to handle it. It will be fun to see each one fall in love as well. I'm already excited for Chase's story. This my first work by Nico Flynn I have read and look forward to reading more. Overall a cute, sexy, and fun start to an exciting series of Novellas.
