I didn‘t really love Pride and Prejudice. But I would still recommend to read it at least once, because it paints a realistic picture of the time period, that it was written in. And also was incredibly important piece for feminism. Even if the characters aren’t that multi-layered and the focus lays mostly on only one character trait, they are at least portrait objectively without idolizing one of them. Sadly it was a bit confusing sometimes, because it was fucusing a lot on unimportant details like an extremely long description of a dress, whilst leaving the important stuff out. But if you make it to the end, the Last eighty pages are the best.
