Another great mystery and this one has the best antagonist so far. The killer is a well-constructed character, interesting and three dimensional, not the average baddie.
One of the things I enjoy the most in this series is that the characters are all middle-aged and up. Danny and Kyle are happy in their marriage, Detective Linda and her wife too. Even the killer is well over his 40s. It's unusual but really satisfying.
The end chapters were really thrilling. I don't want to spoil the story, but wow! Once you got there, you can't stop until the resolution.
Now, to the next one :)
