As always, the science and psychology is great. But this was the first time I think I knew the outcome very early on in the book.

After not been psyched about the last 4 (4!) installments & debating if I was going to continue the series this seemed to get us back on track. Yet another location but: The POV jumps weren’t as jarring, we focussed on the case MORE than the interpersonal drama (which there was still plenty), Scarpetta focussed on her work instead of being up Lucy’s behind &Marino had to deal with his issues.
Actually excited to see where they go from here.

In my opinion this is by far the best book yet in this series. It grabs your attention right from the get go and holds it all the way through.

Was good but too me a long time to get through. This is definitely a book to read in large print so it goes fast.
