I just finished reading this book and I'm crying, this book was amazing!! I read it all in one night and I am amazed by it. The story is so beautiful and the writting is amazing!

Reminded me of Charlie St. Cloud, and although it was a nice story, I wish there had been more explanation regarding how Rose could see ghosts. When Jamie moved back in town, he and Rose fell into instant love which was irritating. Even though this is a paranormal book, it concentrated more on the romance and Rose finding her way back to her former theater friends.

I honestly did not think I would like this book as much as I did. I am a fantasy and gothic girl through and through, but man did this short sweet book tug at my heat strings!

The characters all had different personalities and honestly had so much depth for this book being as short as it was. They all added to much to the story even if they were just smaller side characters. The banter between these characters had me laughing at so many parts. Also the small romance that happened was so heart warming and honestly seemed so real I felt like I was watching a movie.

I have definitely found a new author that I will continue to read books by because the writing, story telling, and character development is honestly amazing. If I need just a filler book or a pick me up, I definitely know who I am going to pick up! Robyn Schneider, you just got a new fan!

I liked this a lot, probably more than the author's previous books, as the others generally have left me with a sense of impending dread, and this one didn't (as much). Also, I keep seeing this billed as a romcom, and...this is not really that (though there is a "rom," I would not necessarily call it a "com").

Why is every book this year just filled with poorly filled out characters and plot.

Not exactly what I was hoping for, but still amazing. When I first heard about this book it was described as “this girl has superpowers because she can see ghosts. But don’t ask her to save the world because she will be too busy backstage with costumes”. I thought that sounded amazing. While some parts are true, she is never asked to save the world, and her powers are never described as superpowers. All the same the book was good. I liked the romance aspect, plus the theatre parts were funny. It felt a little like those stand alone books in middle/ late elementary school that you read and are kinda cheesy but you think they are still good. Like that in a good way

I flew through the audiobook so quickly. The story was cute and kept me engaged the whole time, and the narration was great. Being a theatre geek, I loved that that was a feature throughout the book, but also wished there was a bit more of the paranormal aspect. The MC was a teeny bit whiny at times which made her seem younger than her age, but it didn't bother me too much.
