This is my first read for both authors.

Let's start of that when I saw the title and read the blurb I knew I had to read this. I think more than ever we can relate to this story. All of us stuck in Lockdown.

The story goes like this - Emy and Knox has been bffs since they were little but when the Lockdown happens and they are stuck together for 2 weeks with each other. The thing they didn't count on is that they both are grown up and super hot and being this closes 24/7 spark up some deep down feelings.

I really loved Emy and her group of girlfriends. This made me wish I had friends like that. I think most women can relate to Emy and the frustration we sometimes feel. We can see and feel Emy internal struggles.

Knox is that typical boy next door jealous type of guy we all have known some point in our life. the only thing is Emy still knows him.

Quarantine Crush is a sweet fun romance and perfect for the heavy times we are in currently.

I give it
★★★★ out of 5 Stars

Meh.
It was quick and available on Scribd.

She literally doesn’t understand how conversations work with people you’re friends with in the phone. She accused him of having a girlfriend in London because she heard a phone call where some woman said “I’m the best. You can tell me you love me” (Or something like that) And he replied “you know it”……. HOW. How do you misunderstand THAT as him having a girlfriend he’s “cheating on” when he kisses you…

It was frustrating at times. Many parts of it were cute and we got to have his jealous POV when her hot Italian chef neighbor brings her food and asks her out but their relationship wasn’t very believable for me because I didn’t vibe with her.

Me esperaba otra cosa, no sé por qué pero no me ha terminado de gustar. No me ha convencido que él no de fije en ella hasta que no le queda otra y que ella no pare de humillarse por él una y otra vez.

It was a really cute book. I think I waited enough time “post covid” (I say post because I know covid is far from over but we are past those first few scary months) that I actually enjoyed the quarantine trope. I definitely laughed out loud at few spots but I feel like the romance aspect was lacking. I listened to the audio book so I finished it pretty fast.

This was such a cute story, gave me a little PTSD because of the quarantine part. We all really went a little crazy didn't we? I don't do friends to lovers much but this made me re think my choice from now on.
