This was such a surprising read. This was actually the first time I read something with a trans main character. Carter is lovable and his friendship with J.P. is great.
And then Alex walked in.
This story was sweet. I liked that there wasn't any drama. It was just the story of a boy falling for another boy. Everyone was supportive.
The format threw me off guard. The first person was something I did not expect. It all made sense in the end though. Really, that ending was perfect.
