Had a bit of a continuity issue. But other than that it was a good story.

Very intense thriller. It was the kind of book that makes me squirm and you are almost afraid to see what happens next. Really disliked the bad, psycho killer, he was definitely creepy.
Claire Morgan is in a coma after being in a car that went off a bridge. When she comes to she has no memory of recent events and it is taking her awhile to remember. Her lover is also a doctor and has been taking care of her but she doesn't remember him and doesn't quite trust him. She eventually starts working again as a homicide detective and the murders she is investigating is directly related to her. Those around her are trying to help her and they are also in danger because of the deranged killer who is after her. He is obsessed with her and will do anything and kill anyone to get her. She finally remembers everything and it freaks her out. It also makes her more determined to get the guy.
