A very basic overview of haunted locations across the US, including the White House, the Amityville Horror House, Gettysburg, and the Queen Mary. It had a brief section on Bachelor's Grove (the reason I checked the book out), but each entry is just a cursory overview, so I didn't glean a lot of new information. The book has cool illustrations, but more photographs would have been nice. The cover was especially neat - there's a square cut out, which reveals part of a picture in which two people look shocked...when you open the cover, you see that they're shocked because they're seeing the ghost of Abraham Lincoln. Pass on this one if you're looking for in-depth info...but it's fine if you're looking for a light paranormal read.
