My other favourites were The Evolution of Human Science (very prescient to the current AI discourse), Understand, Hell Is The Absence of God, and Liking What You See.
That leaves Division by Zero and Tower of Babylon which although I didn't love as much as the others, are still great pieces in their own right, enjoyable and thought provoking.
Wholly recommend this to anyone who's interested in mind-expanding, philosophical and reflective storytelling. These stories are exactly what I look for in sci-fi - you have to do a little work yourself to really get the best out of them, but they do a great job of giving you everything you need to go exploring the issues at hand.
Moderate: Child death, Death, Mental illness, Suicidal thoughts, Suicide, Grief, and Suicide attempt

This would be fully timeless, except that the author felt the need to include such a sexist trope as a father coming to terms with his daughter developing breasts. This holds the particular story back decades.
